Tanalised wood has been impregnated with a special preservative under high pressure so that it penetrates deep into the wood fibres, giving extra durability and weather-resistance, and giving added protection against fungal decay and insect attack.
The product contains extremely effective biocides that meet all relevant European standards, and the treated timber can be used both in and above the ground in outdoor wooden constructions of all kinds.
Sheds made from Tanalised wood give many years of maintenance-free use - which is especially useful if it is difficult to reach around your shed for yearly maintenance once it has been installed.
